Ballerina: From the World of John Wick (2025)

The film takes place between John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum and John Wick: Chapter 4.Several scenes overlap or parallel events from those movies, giving side-angles or new characters’ perspectives.Eve Macarro: Daughter of an assassin father (Javier) and a mother who belonged to a cult-like group (the “Cult”). Early on, Eve’s father tries to rescue her from that cult, leading to his death and her orphaning.After her father’s death, Eve is taken in by Winston Scott (of the New York Continental) and introduced into the Ruska Roma — a ballet-themed assassins’ society in the Wick universe. She trains for ~12 years as both ballerina and killer.Eve grows up within the Ruska Roma, mastering ballet  assassinations. She earns the title “Kikimora” (a codename) upon completing her training.On her first real assignment she sees a wound/mark (scar) on a henchman that connects back to the Cult that killed her father. That triggers her quest for vengeance.The Ruska Roma (through its head, the “Director”) holds to a long-standing pact of non-aggression with the Cult. Eve’s personal vendetta disrupts this pact. She pushes forward despite being told to stand down.
